For those of you that haven't heard I will be moving to Denver, Colorado in the beginning of October due to a job promotion.

What this mean's for Obsidian
Obsidian will be down the first week of October. Starting on the 1st and won't be back up until October 8th at the latest. Hopefully the downtime will be only a few days, but for those of you who need your fix be aware that the realm could be offline for up to a week.

What this means for Obsidian's Future
With this job promotion comes a set working schedule, no more overtime and a considerable raise making things alot easier for yours truly. With all this new found time I will once again be back in action for the forseeable future. Upcoming bug fixes, new feature and a possible client update are all planned before the end of October.

How you can help
With all the added time and effort being put back into the shard by myself and others, you can show your appreciation and faith in our return by becoming more active in-game, recruiting friends and family and getting your old friends back in game. The greater the player numbers the more frequent you can expect patches, events and the like.

Conclusion
I appreciate the time all of you put into this game and it's great seeing that a project I started over 7 years ago is still somehow keeping people entertained. As I've mentioned many times, Obsidian will remain up so long as there are people wanting to play, and with your help we just might see our 10th anniversary in a few more years.

Hope to see you all in-game in October!

Finally GEEZ!!! Sucks that u had to move. Me and Flame used to come to ur house for 2 halloween nights, and on New Years Eve just to go to ur house. Flame wanted to egg ur house, but that wouldnt have been nice. I wanted to Ding Dong Ditch ur ass tho. That would have been funny.

On the plus side broadband is now close enough if the server breaks i can just road-trip down and knock on his door till he fixes it.
