 Post subject: I can't patch the game

Greetings, I am new to this game, I downloaded the client yesterday, and started patching, when the button says patching 303.exe please wait, a window pops up saying "A problem have apperead, Obsidian Auto Patcher must close" Or something like that. What do I do to patch the game?
