 Post subject: Walking through animals

Could we please just get rid of this all together, it is so f%&*ing annoying its not funny. Walking into static areas that spawn a lot of animals is next to impossible. I have also died when hunting after being trapped by more than 1 mob. It sucks, it's irritating and can we please just lose it comepletely. TY

maybe its just too hard to change this i dunno. cant see any benefit from the stam drain and getting blocked in by enemies. it sucks the fun out of the game. this is one of the changes that i dont think even one single person likes. it makes me not want to log on.

Unlikely that this will be altered.

Reasons:

1. If you run through a dungeon, be expected that the monsters you don't kill will try to stop you from getting out. That's the risk you take running past some of them.

2. If this was to be disabled, monsters would stack up, just like players can. The resulting carnage, I think, will piss you off even more. Imagine 3 wyrms hitting you all in one square.

3. Likewise, player pets would stack up as well. You think 3 bears in a wall is bad, try 50.

So no, while the monster/pet blocking is a tad more annoying than it used to be (which i'll look at reducing, no promises), it's not going away, it's been there in the old shard, just not quite as noticable.

Yes it was always there but even before the new server it was changed to where you had to be full stamina to push them out of the way. That s the part that should be done away with. Perhaps if you can't push through with really low stamina or something.

yeah i can see where there would be problems, if only there was a way cause it was so much better around '04 i think when it was really good.
