Ive had a lockpick character before, and made lots within a couple days to buy a wiz tower in cove gy cave portal. Theirs some locked crates in their, but now when I lock pick them with my new character, they simply disapeer?

P.S. The race stone that I can still see from runestone chamber needs the coord's fixed so we spawn their on character creation... xD Jk jk, I wish.... back too the old days.

lock picking shouldn't make crates disappear... i know that much

i think somethings REALLY wrong with the shard ATM, cuz when i lag its not normal lag, the lag slows down me,AND the monsters around me,,,, they freeze trying to attack me, when i freeze,,,, and i don't get a rush of hits when i finally get to moving either,,, shit just goes on like it was.... so the monsters seem to have a horrible connection to the client also!

so odd.....
and just now i ran past a EV, and ran up stairs,,, no monsters upstairs at all,... Im still getting hit like i'm next to the EV..but i'm.. in a completely diff room, lol lost anther horse because of that,,, lol and i wasn't lagged, i just couldn't heal or cast any spell and i died away from the EV and didn't warp back to that spot dead,, so i know it wasn't lag lol..... ahhhhh the fresh smell of anther horse wasted

Bob's working on things, but it's only bob doing it and he can't do it all. I'm not sure if he can fix this lag issue anyway, I'm afraid it's something a bit more sinister then your average lag.

lol alot of people want to play, we woulda had a player base probably around 20 im guessing atm i think if it wasnt so laggy, and some tweaks to make pvp a little more dooable lol

ur right chips and is not just the lag and the tweaks in pvp , its races and some other skill issues what is causing this lack of base player

I remember reading a post about changes to lockpicking but i'm too lazy to look for it, but i think he was going to mkae some changes to that skill and i have tried lockpicking on my char who is probably 60 or so and it didn't work on him either.

i didn't say i was gonna hcange lockpikcing, it should be working, actually, hold that thought.

I know why it's not working, or rather i have a good guess. I'll have to look at the script to be sure. But if so it's a really easy fix.
I'll put it on my list of things to do.

i was just gonna start a lockpicking char agian too... good thing i saw this first
