In the northern tarritories Chilly has a house. I has been there for about 5 years. It started to disapear and dispite sending messages and trying to correct the situation, the house disapeared with all its contents. If you could help with this situation I would be very greatful. the house is located at 2003.256.15

Er... perhaps first they could give me access to my house again... which is not decayed, which I have refreshed, and can still refresh, but can not enter

I heard yesterday someone else has this issue as well.

Thank you for all your support. I have had the house for over 5 years and can't belive I forgot to refresh it, but regardless of that its gone now. Talked to Bob and he said he would see what could be done about it. In the mean time the good folk of the shard helped me to raise enough money to put a replacement house in the location so there is a "last homly house" for people to visit.

Once again my house has disappeared and all my stuff is on the ground. I can't get it or use it. Now I have been carefully going to the house and clicking on the sign so this would no happen. If you could look into this situration I would be very greatful.

In order to protect your items and to prevent other players from being tempted to loot the takeable items from your house, I now have those items with me until either you regain a secure place to store them (a house) or you want them back.
