i use the 4.0.0 client version i tryed uninstall and install again it tell me :" There is some problem communicating with Origin. Please restart Ultima Online and try again." some one can help please ?

try a re dl and uninstal your other UO clients then instal obsi then instal ur uo clients AFTER obsi..

also make sure obsi is in its own folder or w,e

This sometimes happens to me too from nowhere. Dont know why it does it but it always lets me on like 5 mins later.

Firewall possibly, have it allow the program or just turn it off.
