Today echo has been promoted to Developer, which is the First level of Admin.
As an admin, he has a few new powers that EVERYONE should be aware of.
First off, he has a nice shiny new robe.
Second off, he's an admin, with all rights and priveleges that bestows.
That means he can create rules at whim, and declare interpretations of rules, and anything that requires an Admin can be done by him.
That also means that any decision given out by him is near final, no individual staff(except broadband) can overturn it.
The only way to appeal an admin decision is to either:
Appeal to broadband
Appeal to the admins collectively (group vote)
Open Court

He has proven his fairness and knowledge of obsidian time and again, and has earned this position that is long overdue.

So yeah, give him the same respect(or lack thereof and risk the consequences) as you would give Jorus, Blinkers, or any other administrator. Because now he can be as crazy as blinkers, as wrathful as jorus, or whatever else he chooses so long as it's fair(but not required to be overly so) and deserved.

Echo always has, and always will have my respect. It is obvious he cares alot about Obsidian and is an excellent choice for admin. Congrats man.
