It seems that the old deeds that were made before the new housing system was put in place has no confirmation before it sets as permanent.
I mean you place the house and it doesn't ask if you are sure it is the right spot.

I have opened several and all are the same....I am lucky placing them most of the time though.


I only have one wizz tower left anyways but who knows who else has old deeds.

Be careful placing them!

Old items will always act a little weird. Just use em up.
This was said at the t3a/t4a conversion, and while we try to fix most stuff, there will always be a few relics that don't act as they should
