Man, either that is made up or this 'Sebastian' guy is full of crap. UO servers are legal. I will give you a few points.

1) The coding used is not the original source code and is run from an emulator.
-This code is updated and expanded upon by a team of developers that deal with the emulated product

2) There is no money being made. There is no fee or donations allowed. There are no advertisements. It is free.

3) EA Games has filed a lawsuit in the past and lost vs private servers. This means there is precedent on record and EA cannot file another similar suit without the precedent being cited and the suit being dismissed.
-Operating or playing on an emulated server may be in violation of the Ultima Online terms of service, though some see the laws relating to this as being ambiguous and varied between countries leaving it nearly impossible to enforce.

4) The only time a private UO shard shuts down because of a complaint from EA games is when they try and scare the owner into shutting it down. If the owner knows his stuff, there is no worry because EA cannot stop the owner from running the server.

5) Raptor you FAIL.

Oh, also...you were banned several times. You were banned as xbloodx quite some time ago. You returned as Raptor. This was let to go on for a while...lucky you! But after the chance to play again...even them knowing who you were...you proved them right in banning you the first time. And you continue to do so.
