Necromancer Web doesn't flag criminal when stepped on like magery walls do.

i found that one
and web is still casted if fizzled
and if u cast a monster it dont stick them but if u tareget floor it does

you also get flagged criminal when you try to cast summon undead in town which is bullshit if you ask me...

I dont think webs should flag you as criminal anyway

anyone would be able to walk into the web... then call G's... and thats not cool..

it doesnt do any damage to a person... and if you were to do damage to the person they then can just call the guards on you....
its a defensive spell as much as an offensive spell...
you can use it to defend against someone attacking you.. but then you would be flagged as grey to them.. and there able to just attack you from then on.. which is gay! you were defending not causing damage... so i think it shouldnt cause you to be grey / be crimi
