Go underground in bucc's den. The entrance is the tile in front of the desk in the room behind the anchor nexus. Follow the tunnels until you come to a cave opening which is smuggler's cove dungeon. The Smuggler King will drop one every time.

A magic compass is fairly uncommon, Iv never seen one, so therefor
it is an rarely interesting thing u have there.....where did you get it/find it ?
