Responsbitly is a very good word for this and if your going to create somthing, shouldnt you atleaset make sure its taken care of, (or atleaset taken care of in your absences.)

Also about my bitching, Bb did not ban me, Likewise he has no time to even log on and check his Im's. This isnt about me trying to "Bitch at the Gm's for not working, its to try and help the shard get out of its (pot hole) and maby get sombody in that will want to fix the problem instead of giving (false hope).
