Lumberjacking
Skill details:
- The skill of lumberjacking is the act of taking an axe (anything from a hatchet to a halbert) and trying to chop logs from a tree.
- Lumberjacking is the main complimentry and much needed skill for fletchers and carpenters.
- Lumberjacking is also a complimentry skill for tinkerers.
- Higher skilled lumberjacks will not fail to get at least some useful wood from a tree when attempting to chop some wood from it. They will also get more wood in a single attempt than lower skilled lumberjacks.
- Circle of transparency sometimes will cause problems with lumberjacking it is recommended to turn off CoT while using this skill. You can make a macro for toggling CoT.
Skill usage:
Start lumberjacking
by double clicking on any axe.
Then target a tree you are standing next to.
You will begin to chop the tree.
If successful you will get logs from the tree.
